BLACKbetty, BROWNbetty, AUBURNbetty require a single process that takes about 10-30 minutes (depending on your desired colour or gray hair percentage), followed by a rinse.

BETTY BEAUTY PRODUCT INFO

Betty products DO NOT contain p-phenylenediamine 'PPD,' an ingredient that can irritate and is often used in eyebrow and hair colour dyes. Many customers who are allergic to brow dyes are able to use Betty products on their facial hair without irritation.

Betty products do not contain ammonia.

Betty products are specially formulated to be gentle with such natural ingredients as elder flower, cherry bark, chamomile, comfrey, black walnut, aloe, hops, and rosemary.

Each Betty box contains enough product for 1-3 applications! We do not do any animal testing!

Betty products are great for blending gray hair. Grey coverage may vary depending on your percentage of gray hair and individual hair type. We are continuing to develop our products to improve gray coverage.

FAQs

1. Is it safe to colour near such a sensitive area?

Yes. Betty has developed a special formula to colour the hair down there.It's no-drip and safe as long as you follow directions. Always remember Betty colour is for external use only.

2. Why should I use Betty colour rather than an off-the-shelf haircolor?

Off-the-shelf haircolor products are permanent, harsh and not intended for use near this sensitive area. Betty colour is the only gentle, no-drip formula designed for the hair down there.

3. How often should I use this product?

Use it every time you colour your hair, or as often as you wish. Reapply the colour anytime you feel it needs a boost.

4. What if I want to go back to my original colour?

No problem. Just use the Betty kit that most closely matches your original colour.

5. Will it rub off on my underwear?

No. Betty colour will not rub off on underwear or other clothing, nor will it rub off with physical activity.

6. Can men use it, too?

Absolutely. We have found many men want to cover their grays down there, too.

7. Does your Betty have some gray?

Gray coverage varies depending on percentage of gray and individual hair type. Coming soon: our new Betty products coming with Betty grey boost for maximum gray coverage for all hair types!

8. I have really dark hair; can FUNbetty really work on dark hair?

Yes! FUNbetty has two steps, the first step to lighten and then the second step to add the hot pink colour.

9. Does the colour fade?

Betty colours will last about a month. For lasting colour, please gently wash your Betty and not vigorously. You should have left over colour to boost when the colour starts to fade.

Painting Party

 

Using colorful muds and clays with brushes on body, face and hair, have a festival of fun with earth paints. Vibrantly colored earth pigments have a therapeutic value for the skin.

The Spa services are very popular. Spa services are available by appointment. All services must be guaranteed with a major credit card to reserve your appointment.  We recommend booking spa reservations in advance and will do everything possible to honor your request and time. Appointments are booked based on availability. We recommend scheduling your appointment as two or three days in advance to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate or gift card number to guarantee the appointment.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.

When we reserve the therapist's time especially for you, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid paying the full value of the service for any cancellations or re-scheduling to a later time or date. If you are moving your appointment earlier and we can accommodate your request there will be no charge. Because we may turn people away for the time we hold for you, the cancellation policy still applies even if you are making the appointment for the same day.

Because spa treatments are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited. If you are canceling an appointment that you've also previously rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice - you will be charged full price.

This insures all other guests the opportunity to enjoy our services. A cancellation confirmation number will be given to you as your proof of exactly when your appointment was cancelled or changed.

But, we're reasonable. We understand that emergencies "come up." Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are reschedule or canceled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on spa packages. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.

Gift Certificate or Gift Card Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards if lost, stolen. Expired gift cards and certificates may be redeemed with a $20.00 reactivation fee.

Late Arrivals:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees.

If you are a late arrival and also request an additional service, you will still be responsible for the full service fee of your original request plus the full service fee for your additional service in the remaining time allotted.

Jewelry:
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us. Do not put your jewelry into tissues or on the table.

People wonder about tipping. Our therapists, of course appreciate your acknowledgement if they have done an exceptional job, however, if the added expense of the tip makes it a financial challenge, we would rather see you a second time rather than having you worry about a tip. Gratuities are not included in gift cards unless otherwise noted. Tips are appropriate for all Spa Services, but not for Consultations or Programs.

Gratuity is not included in any of our services. Gift cards do not include gratuity unless specified.

If you would like to show your appreciation, you may do so at the end of your visit. Just ask for a gratuity envelope. Cash gratuities are always appreciated.
